This can be a topic that many already dominate but it is worth knowing a little about this great device that helps from the beginner to the professional musician. Today we will see what it is, what it is for and how the electronic tuner works.
The standard electronic tuner is a device that records sound vibrations from a range of 27.5hz to 4186hz and shows us this record on a small LCD screen.
Well ... now I'll explain it to you in Spanish. This device captures the vibrations of your instrument from the most recorded note that is considered in a piano as A0 (A 0) to a C8 (C 8).
and through the screen it tells us about which note we are. In the image above the blue note is C5 (do 5) and it is the Do that corresponds to the 3a string of our ukulele. The yellow note corresponds to our first string and the A (La) note that corresponds to the 440hz that is used as a reference to measure the sounds of the other notes.
By saying that the tuner is chromatic we are referring that it not only takes the natural notes but also detects the alterations
So the tuner serves to leave our ukulele in its standard tuning or play a little with the strings and change them ... to see what happens.
