The 5 chords to learn in quarantine and play songs fast and easy.

What's up Ukuleleria friends!

How are they? How are you doing with the coronavirus quarantine?

With the arrival of this virus, many measures have been taken! among them the quarantine! Being home all day is sometimes boring but I bring you the solution

Learn how to play an instrument!

Take advantage of those long moments to learn to play and dedicate a few songs that you like, that's why today I bring you

The 5 chords to learn in quarantine and play songs fast and easy.

But first of all we record what we need to know to learn to play!

1) The first thing is to count the fingers of the hand with what you are going to do the chords, count your index finger of your little finger, this helps us when making the chords.

2) The following is the number of strings which are counted from bottom to top 1 A or La, 2 E or Mi, 3 C or Do and 4 G or Sol, here is what is the American encryption which what does is to match the first letters of the alphabet from A to G with the notes that we already know DO, RE MI, FA, SOL, LA, SI, As appropriate in the image.

3) And finally the number of the frets, these are the spaces between each metal bar on the fingerboard of your ukulele, they are counted from top to bottom, that is, we begin to count from the head of your ukulele or headstock towards the ukulele case.

As we already know everything we need we will start with the easiest chords and that we use very often ...

The simplest and most used of all! A DO or C in American cipher is as easy as putting your 3 finger (Ring) on the 3rd fret, XNUMXst string. This is the simplest chord and one of my favorites because of its high-pitched sound and perfect for ukulele.

We continue with another very simple and that we use in many songs! The minor or Am, this chord is a little more used than the mayor of Los Angeles and it is so easy that we only need to put our 2nd finger (middle finger) on the 2nd fret, 4th string and voila, it's a single finger!

You have to raise the degree of difficulty, but stop! do not remove your finger from your Am (LA minor) now we will make an FA or F. It is the same position we only add one more finger, we add the 1st finger (index finger) on the 1st fret, second string. super simple yet right?

You did all the chords super well! but now we will use 3 fingers! in the Sol or G chord, this is definitely my favorite of all because of the sound it makes! You only need to put your 1st finger on the 2nd fret, 3rd string, then your 2nd finger on the 2nd fret, 1st string and finally your 3rd finger on the 3rd fret XNUMXnd string.

That explanation is very strange, isn't it? More easy!

You are going to make the "Love and Peace" sign which in theory are your finger 1 and 2, and you will put them on the 2nd fret on the 1st and 3rd string, and your 3rd finger you will put it on the middle string of these two strings that we are already treading but at the 3rd fret, can you see how a kind of triangle is formed? remember it like this, and you will memorize this chord very quickly!

Finally another of the most used chords is RE or D, this chord is easy to explain we only need our 1st, 2nd and 3rd finger and we will put them on the 2nd fret on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th string, that is to say it is like if we covered almost all the 2nd fret, only that the 1st string (the one from the bottom) will be in the air without stepping on it.

Done friends! The most used and simple chords to learn easy and fast in this quarantine, with these chords you will get several songs now! You do not believe me? Take a tour of our instagram, we upload easy tabs every week!
