Celebrities who play and play the Ukulele

We have been talking about several famous people who play and played the Ukulele for a few weeks.

That is why today we have a compilation of several musicians, actors, politicians and even astronauts who are and were fans of the instrument.

1.- The Beatles.

Especially John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison.

It is well known that our beloved members of the Beatles group were fans of the instrument, especially George Harrison who I get to have a collection of more than 40 Ukuleles.

2.- Taylor Swift

Singer, songwriter, American actress and one of my favorite country singers, loves ukulele.
Taylor plays four instruments: guitar, banjo, Ukelele and piano

You can find many pages that cover almost all their songs. One of my favorites is the song "Mean."

3.- Julieta Venegas.

Sure! We can not miss Julieta, the love of many of us, sings Mexican author who has sold more than 12 million records is more than known for having the ukulele as one of her favorites and even uses it a lot in her productions.

4.- Natalia Lafourcade

The Mexican Maria Natalia Lafourcade singer, songwriter, music producer, arranger, designer, philanthropist and Mexican activist, is one of the best known for her number of songs adapted to the Ukulele.

5.- Obama

"If everyone touched Ukulele, the world would be different." At least this says President Obama,

Yes, former President Barack Obama is also a lover of the Ukulele and even gave ukuleles in a conference to all members of Congress.

6.- Neil Armstrong

As many of us know 20 July 1969 Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon aboard the spacecraft Apollo 11.

Neil Armstrong loved to play the ukulele. In fact, after visiting the moon, he spent several weeks in quarantine, as scientists at the time feared he might have detected strange bacteria while in space. He spent much of this time in quarantine playing his uke.
