Hello, friends of the ukuleleria, here Karen, writing from a world bull run that I never thought I saw or lived in person.
You may not know it but in my personal life I am an English teacher for children and I was also studying certifications for adults! But hey, the point here is to tell them what's up with the kids and the music! One of the things that I have learned over the time that I have been a teacher for children is that, children learn through play, manual experimentation, that is why many children grasp or put things in their mouths. .
So if a person wants to calm their young children, they should never be provided with any type of device, such as a tablet, a phone, this causes a delay in learning, since they do not experiment, do not play, do not move , does not learn from mistakes, does not learn to share or understand human feelings.
Music (not just the ukulele) helps you channel anxiety and keep you calm. peroooooo.
HOW TO TEACH MUSIC TO CHILDREN?
Well, one of the most common instruments for children to start making music is the piano, a child can learn better by pressing keys than by playing a guitar, for example.
The piano, in addition to having very beautiful notes due to its structure, is an easy instrument for children to play.
Now ... If you don't have a piano and you have a ukulele and you want to teach your son a little bit. you can follow these recommendations ...
There are many movies, series, songs that you can teach them so that they start to care for the instrument!
2. TOUCH YOU
You can start playing first consecutively so that your son or daughter can see what you do, how you do it and how it sounds.
3. I WANT TO EXPERIENCE
When you see yourself playing and listening to songs that he will like, you can make him interested in music himself, EYE: His first time playing any instrument is crucial so, be patient and remember that he is a child and he learns differently from adults.
4. PRACTICE WITH HIM
Maybe at the beginning you will have to pull it to play the instrument but if you do it consecutively you can create a habit and when he feels necessary he will personally approach the instrument and there you will create a habit and perhaps the more he plays the more he likes the music.
Until now we will leave the blog here! But, let's keep talking about more and more things!
