Aloha friends of Ukuleleria! We are going to tell you about the payments we have available to make the purchase of your favorite Ukulele through our online store.

What are the payment options?

To make your purchase through our online store, we have options for you and choose the one that suits you best.

• You can make your payment via PayPal, and even there they can offer you a deferred payment plan (direct with PayPal).
• We also accept credit / debit card payments from banking institutions with which we have an agreement (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
• For payments by making a deposit, we have the option to do so through Oxxo, when making the purchase the reference code is generated with which you will pay directly at the cash register.

Your payments take an average of 5 to 15 minutes to be generated or by means of payment in Oxxo from 24 to 48 hours. In case this deadline has expired and you have not received a payment confirmation yet, you can contact us.

Do you need to invoice?

To be able to bill, at the end of your order you will find a section requesting your information to make your corresponding invoice.

If the invoice is for a purchase that you made in a physical store, you will receive in your purchase a digital ticket where you will find the link to make your invoice. If you do not receive it, please contact us and we will help you.
